Heart Badge

I am going to design and make a model of a Heart badge. This heart badge will be used by me. I need this because I want to see what it will look like displayed on clothes.

Chocolate Mufins

Today me and my partner Daniella baked chocolate muffins, below includes all of the steps and ingredients you will need to use if you attempt to cook chocolate muffins.
Also as you can see there are images of how our muffins tuned out.                                               

Ingredients
Step 1.
-2 cups of S R Flour
-1/2 cup of sugar, 1/4 cup of cocoa
-1 egg, 1/2 cup of milk
-1/2 cup of oil

Step 2.
-Combine all ingredients
-Scoop into Muffin Tray
-Bake 180c, 15 Minutes

Technology

Hi today I will be telling you about what we did during technology. we were talking about 2D and 3D, sketching and drawing and a lot of stuff to do with history and we even learnt how to write the whole alphabets letters by using a vertical rectangle. we learnt how to make 3D letters and how to draw our name with those 3D letters. we learnt names for shapes and the name they use for shapes that have more than 10 sides. For some people that don't know what polygon is it comes from Greek and poly means ''many'' and gon means ''angles''. A shape can only be a polygon if the sides are straight

and not curved for example.

Technology Reflection

Hi today in technology we are finishing our comparisons and models. when we are finished we will be doing our final design drawings. I am still finishing off my work but I am hoping I get to finish a clock by the end of the term. Not only me but also Lizzy will be doing matching clocks and those matching clocks will be a compass. I can't wait for next week to see what the next step is to making our clocks. I will be posting more about our clocks next week so stay tuned. Have a great evening.

Hi today in technology we had two models to show as an example. The two models that I did was a smiley face and a poop emoji, this term in graphics a lot of people were drawing a poop emoji. Today during technology we did an activity based on clocks. we had to describe what the picture of the clock looked like that we choose and write stuff like why our client would like this clock. What features the clock had and what kind of clock it was. This didn't take to much of our time because it was only a little activity. I did enjoy this activity and it was fun planning afterwards as well. I hope you enjoy my work and leave me some feedback or feedforward.

Me

HI today I will be blogging about what I did in technology. Everyone has changed into there lasty technology group for the year and I'm in Graphics. We all made a google drawing to describe us and what we like etc. It was a very fun task to do and we even got to try and make ourselves on an avatar making site, It was kind of difficult for to do because not everything looked like us but the teacher said it doesn't need to look like you, it could just be what you think looks cool or funny etc. Here is my google drawing that we call me because it is about us(me).I hope you enjoy my google drawing.

WALT cook chinese fried chicken.

Here are photos of what me and my buddy Paris cooked at technology today.

Ingredients that we used were sweet chilly sauce, teriyaki sauce, pieces of chicken, sesame seeds and pepper. We had a few difficulties like when we were cooking our chicken the oil was spitting everywhere so we had to turn the heat down. Me and Paris got three pieces of chicken each and all the year 8's got the option to choose if we wanted sweet chilli sauce or not. We had fun making our chicken. I enjoyed my time at technology today and I feel really happy about how our chicken turned out for us. I really can not wait for our next session at technology. WALT describe what we did during technology.

Yesterday at technology I did cooking. Our teacher split the year 7 & 8s up onto different sides and we made different food. The year sevens made fried chicken strips and the year eights made mince filling for the pies that we were going to make next week. It was very fun working with my pair paris. We had a lot of fun making the filling for our pies and we cant wait for next week. WALT reflect about our time at Technology.

This morning the year 7&8 went to tamaki college to our technology groups I am in group 2. We are doing cooking class, I was working with Alone and she is in room 9. It was a very good session today in cooking class. In cooking class today we made a delicious ham, cream, egg and cheese quiche. WALT write a reflection about technology.

A new idea that I found out while at technology was that MDF is short for Medium, Density and Fibreboard. I enjoyed today because I liked watching the MDF scanner cut the shapes out and I liked to draw my wings and pig. What I found challenging was trying to draw the pig and wings because there were a lot to choose from. I was interested in this because I could draw it and it was fun. Today the year 7&8's went to tamaki college for technology. In technology the subjects are graphic design, cooking class and hard materials. I am in graphic design and the teacher is miss ferguson. In graphic design we are making flying pigs. I am enjoying being in this group and learning new things about graphic design. Yesterday we went to tamaki college we went there because we do technology. The group I am in is graphic design, in graphic design we are making flying pigs. They are called flying pigs but not everyone is doing a flying pig. I am working on a flying teddy bear. I am still cutting out my shapes of the teddy bear and wings but I am hoping I will get most of my stuff done. Unfortunately I did not take a screenshot of my work so I

WALT  use Oblique and Isometric while drawing different shapes.
Today in Technology we learnt about Isometric and Oblique. With a piece of paper and a pencil we drew some shapes using a Isometric grid. A Isometric grid helps you write Isometric and Oblique shapes. We learnt how to write our Initials in a Oblique shape. Today we learnt lots about how to draw shapes and what Isometric and Oblique is.

Hi this is my technology reflection. I go to tamaki college for technology every thursday. The group I am in for technology is Hard materials. The teacher for Hard materials is Mr Grundy. What we do in technology is we make little necklaces made out of pewter. We make our necklaces out of pewter because it is safer to use instead of iron or gold. We don't use iron or gold because it is to expensive and it needs to be on a really high heat that is to dangerous around people. On my work I have put a picture of my work so far. I am very proud of my work and I like the shape of my work. I can't wait to finish it and take it home.  Please leave me some feedback and feedforward in the comments.

Here is my technology reflection. My technology reflection is about what I have done during my time at tamaki college school. We go to tamaki college to do our technology groups. There are different groups like 3D art and cooking class but I am in Hard materials. Unfortunately I forgot to take a picture of my proper work so I have just put a silhouette picture instead but I will try to take a photo next time I go to technology. Hi today I went to technology and did cooking class.The people in my group were Helen and Hereani.Today we made chocolate cookies with whipped cream and chocolate sauce on top of it.We all had fun cooking with our group.Next week we will be changing groups and I am looking forward to see who's group I am in.

Hi today I went to tamaki college for cooking class.My buddy's were Lovey and Hereani we made blueberry muffins. We each had four muffins each. We didn't just add blueberry in our muffins we also had banana,kiwifruit and others. Me and my buddy's had fun learning how to make blueberry muffins and we can't wait too find out what we are gonna make next.

Today we went to technology at Tamaki college. I am in cooking class and our teacher is ms Tuipulotu. We have 8 different groups in our class. I am in group 6 with my buddy Ana.We all made pizza. We got to bring some of our pizza back to school with us. We had ham,cheese,tomato sauce,herbs and pineapple as our toppings.
